### What does the 3.5% apply to?

Only the sales your partners actually drove. The 3.5% lands on affiliate-driven gross revenue, the gross amount of sales that came through partner links. It's never a slice of your whole company's revenue, and it's never a cut of the commissions you pay out to partners.

### Is the $10,000 free amount monthly or all-time?

All-time, and it's per program. Spin up a second program and it gets its own $10,000 of affiliate revenue, free. The counter never resets, and it never expires.

### What happens when a program crosses $10,000?

Not much, honestly. From the next sale on, each affiliate sale costs a flat 3.5% of the sale, and that's the whole change. Same product, same features. You don't upgrade to anything. You just cross a line once affiliates have made you real money.

### Is there a subscription or setup fee?
