## About

Kyma API gives developers one account, one API key and one balance for AI models across chat, reasoning, image, video and audio. Instead of signing up with a different service for every model, you call one API contract and switch models by changing a single name. It works with the SDKs teams already use. Point an OpenAI-style client at https://kymaapi.com/v1 for chat completions, or an Anthropic-style client at the messages endpoint, and existing code keeps running. Coding tools such as Cursor, Cline, Roo Code, Claude Code, Aider and Continue connect the same way, and assistants can browse the live model catalog over MCP. Pricing is pay as you go in US dollars, published per million tokens for each model, with lower rates for cached input where a model supports it. New accounts start with a $0.50 credit and no card. Uptime is measured per model and shown publicly, and requests fall back automatically when a compatible route is available. Kyma API suits developers, indie hackers and small teams who want to ship AI features fast and keep the freedom to change models later.
