# Connect Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to Affitor

> The hosted Affitor MCP server at mcp.affitor.com lets AI apps read your program or partner data after you sign in. No API key, read-only.

You can now connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Perplexity, Claude Code, Codex and other AI apps to Affitor with one URL, `https://mcp.affitor.com/mcp`, and ask about your program in plain words. You sign in with your Affitor account; there is no API key to copy.

## Add it to your AI app

```bash tab="Claude Code"
claude mcp add --transport http affitor https://mcp.affitor.com/mcp
```

```bash tab="Codex"
codex mcp add affitor --url https://mcp.affitor.com/mcp
```

```json tab="MCP config"
{ "mcpServers": { "affitor": { "url": "https://mcp.affitor.com/mcp" } } }
```

In Claude, add it as a custom connector; in ChatGPT, as a custom MCP server, with the same URL. Your browser opens affitor.com, where a brand picks one program and a partner connects their partner account. Then click **Allow**.

## What the app can read

- **Brands:** the program and its tracker snippet, partners, applications, commissions, a commission summary and billing.
- **Partners:** your programs, links, earnings, commissions and payouts. Bank and PayPal details are never included.

The connection is read-only: it cannot change data or move money. Remove it any time, in **All settings** › **Developers** › **AI agents** for brands or **Settings** › **Integrations** for partners, and it stops working at once.

```text tab="Agent prompt"
Use the Affitor tools. Who are my top partners by earned commission in the last 30 days?
```

The older `@affitor/mcp` stdio server, which tracks events with a program API key, is unchanged. See [Affitor MCP server](https://affitor.com/docs/api-reference/mcp) for every client, the tool list and the limits.
